What is Door to Door transportation service? Door to Door transport, also known as door-to-door service, is the comprehensive logistics solution that covers the entire process of moving your merchandise from origin facilities to the final delivery point. Service stages 1. Origin pickup We collect your merchandise at your production plant, warehouse or distribution center. We coordinate the loading appointment according to your operating hours. 2. Transport to crossing point We move the cargo to the border using our ground transportation network. During this journey, you monitor status in real time. 3. Border crossing We coordinate with the customs agent to synchronize clearance with the physical arrival of the cargo. We manage the transfer between Mexican and American carriers. 4. Destination transport Once across the border, the cargo continues its journey to the final destination in the United States, Canada or Mexico. 5. Final delivery We deliver at your customer's facilities, distribution center or agreed point. We coordinate unloading appointments when necessary.
