(hereinafter CONTROL TERRESTRE) declares itself to be a legally constituted company in compliance with Mexican laws, committed to your privacy and domiciled at Blvd. Juan Alonso de Torres Pte #2204 Int 101, Col. Lomas del Campestre, León, Guanajuato, CP37150. As responsible for the processing of your personal data that currently or in the future are in our databases, under any form or circumstance they have been provided, CONTROL TERRESTRE makes known that our clients' information is treated strictly confidentially with the sole and exclusive purpose of maintaining contact with clients given the existing legal or business relationship, or to maintain communication with users about the various product and service offers we provide. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, CONTROL TERRESTRE informs you that the personal data of the holders are stored in our adequate physical and technological systems to preserve and protect the confidentiality of information as well as any misuse or unauthorized access.

Personal data may be collected in different ways: Through the website www.ankershop.mx, through registration forms or promotions filled out by any means or when you use our online services. Through email, in person, by telephone, in writing, or when you participate or provide information in any way.

Your request must be accompanied by the grounds for which you request the exercise of your rights and an official identification of the data holder or their representative.

In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, you must indicate the modifications to be made and attach the documentation that supports your request.

Within a maximum period of five business days, we will attend to your request and inform you about its procedural status through your email or by telephone call to the number you provide in your request.

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to servicioontrolterrestre.com. The requirements to verify your identity and the procedure to attend to your request will be governed by the same criteria mentioned above regarding ARCO rights.

INFORMATION TRANSFERS

CONTROL TERRESTRE does not transfer information to third parties. CONTROL TERRESTRE will make the personal data of holders available when required by a competent authority to respond to any legal or other process.
