General Law of Commercial Companies
Published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 4, 1934, it is the regulations that regulate commercial companies in Mexico. This law establishes the legal bases for its constitution, operation, transformation, merger, division, dissolution and liquidation.

Simple Limited Partnership (S. en C.): Composed of limited partners, who have unlimited liability, and limited partners, whose liability is limited to the capital contributed.
